Fueled by the tragic death of a colleague, Laura Smith Biswas and Sugata Biswas opened the doors to Cadence Research and Consulting in 2008. The two Yale MBA grads shared not only deep experience in the healthcare sector, but also a vision of how to better service clients and operate an agency.
